Responsibilities & Context:

1. Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and direct visits.

2. Provide accurate information regarding projects, plots, pricing, and payment plans.

3. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication to convert leads into sales.

4. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.

5. Maintain customer records and update lead information in the company database.

6. Assist clients throughout the booking and documentation process.

7. Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

8. Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets and business objectives.

9. Prepare basic sales reports and submit regular updates to management.

10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
