Responsibilities & Context: Receive phone call from patients, Doctors, corporate customer and record all information properly.
Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or promotions.
Listen actively to customer concerns and respond appropriately.
Provide accurate information about products, services.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone at all times.
Provide feedback to improve service processes.
Understand customer needs and provide prompt, accurate, and effective assistance.
Understanding of social media platforms and their audience engagement patterns
Maintaining regular contact with customers (Phone, Messenger, WhatsApp etc.)..
Provide accurate information about our services.
Welcomes Patients and Attendants by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests with appropriate manners & curtsy
Provide information on different services & tariffs and convince patients to avail the services
Receiving customer queries and forwarding them to the concerned department.
