Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receive phone call from patients, Doctors, corporate customer and record all information properly.

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.

  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or promotions.

  • Listen actively to customer concerns and respond appropriately.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services.

  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

  • Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone at all times.

  • Provide feedback to improve service processes.

  • Understand customer needs and provide prompt, accurate, and effective assistance.

  • Understanding of social media platforms and their audience engagement patterns

  • Maintaining regular contact with customers (Phone, Messenger, WhatsApp etc.)..

  • Provide accurate information about our services.

  • Welcomes Patients and Attendants by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests with appropriate manners & curtsy

  • Provide information on different services & tariffs and convince patients to avail the services

  • Receiving customer queries and forwarding them to the concerned department.
