• Computer and IT systems.

• Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel

• Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)

• Good communication skills (Bangla & basic English)

• Experience in call center.

• Receptionist role is preferred.

• Knowledge of social media and digital platforms management.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

- Manage and maintain computer systems and IT operations
- Use AI tools to improve workflow, reporting, and communication
- Handle and update Google Sheets / Excel dashboards
- Operate IP phone systems and support call center activities
- Work as Call Center Executive

-  Receptionist (patient communication, appointment handling)
- Manage WhatsApp Business, website, and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
- Maintain proper communication with patients and internal teams
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and daily updates
