∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ At least 10 years working experience in 100% Export oriented Garments/Knit Composite Textile Industry in similar position.
∎ Excellent communication both written & spoken English.
∎ Should have good interpersonal communication skill and strong negotiating skills.
∎ Should be energetic, confident and proactive and able to work independently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
∎ Strong Knowledge to negotiate and contract about Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Sales Contract.
∎ Well experienced on Foreign Exchange Guide Line related to Export activities and shipping terms.
∎ Well experienced on international and incoming remittance.
∎ Good understanding of import/export documentations.
∎ Should have vast knowledge in freight forwarding.
∎ Should have experience in using ERP software.
∎ Independently motivated, extremely driven and result oriented
∎ High proficiency in MS Office programme (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Azim Group is looking for an individual who has experience in Import & Export on RMG sector; can process accurately all import & export documentation and transmit data within timeframes required by all government agencies and company policies.
∎ To perform all activities for import/export process, BB L/C, UD, import documents, customs audit, bond license renewal etc.
∎ To liaison with bank, EPB, BGMEA, Customs, freight forwarder & shipping line
∎ To prepare all export-import related documents
∎ To follow up/monitor the daily export-import with factory, transport, C & F, forwarder and shipping line & buyer
∎ To prepare report of daily work & its progress and monthly export-import report
∎ To prepare export-import documents and submit to bank
∎ To prepare all documents relating to custom
∎ To collect B/L, shipping documents etc.
∎ To scrutinize Letter of Credit / Export Contract / Export Documents
∎ To endorsement (Non-Nego/Original) Bank to bank documents
∎ To follow up of export Payments with the bank
∎ To check the shipping documents received from suppliers
∎ To circulate import status and update to ware- house, finance, customer services department
∎ To Keep in touch with local couriers, C & F for rectification of shipping documents when needed
∎ To prepare documentation for customs/port/dry dock and file processing accordingly
∎ Have a fundamental understanding of the processes and documentation requirements involved in international shipping
∎ To monitor & control logistic & transportation cost by coordination & effective utilization of resources
∎ To maintain liaison with customs & port authority independently
∎ To handle goods delivery from Chittagong Port/Dhaka Airport/Benapol Land Port
