Job Context:
∎ Officer Grade III
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep regular communication with the assign Buyer / Client for their business update.
∎ Communicate, collaborate and coordinate with business unit/other functional units regarding the invoice authentication and collection of the repayment.
∎ Deal with customers to resolve customer complaints and service issues regarding Buyer collection.
∎ Monitor invoice aging and collection follow ups with Buyers.
∎ Analyze data and formulate various reports as per requirement of the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ At least 2 years’ working experience in Bank or NBFI on the related field.
∎ Skill Set
∎ Excellent communication and negotiating skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills; team building, conflict management, issue resolution and problem-solving skills
∎ Skilled in project management
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
