- To execute the deboning of beef quarters into primal and customized cuts with precision and efficiency, ensuring minimal meat loss and delivering clean bones.
- The role requires strict adherence to food safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- It also demands proficient knife skills and consistent performance to meet departmental targets for yield, throughput, and product quality, in full compliance with QSHE policies and standard operating procedures.
