Must be fluent in writing and reading English. (Will be preferred if know Chinese).
Competent use of IT programmers, including Microsoft/facebook/Youtube.
A problem-solving approach to managing situations, with recourse to others where required.
Ability to take initiative and priorities workload, working to tight deadlines, and operating calmly and professionally under pressure.
Ability to build relationships and negotiate with others.
Customer service skills with individuals at all levels.

Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive our company and flexible business and support to all functions to meet the organization’s needs.
Responsibilities:
Acting on behalf of and representing the management as required, including the management of calls, enquiries and requests, expense authorization. Activity planning.
Support sales target realization like Product introduction, sales campaign arrangements like face book boost, SMS campaign, online promotion.
Providing line management and support to administration and operations teams, including task delegation, training new employees, undertaking appraisals and handling poor performance issues.
Working closely with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the business, including the maintenance of stock and supplies, obtain necessary document and license and other admin work.
