Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
∎ Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
∎ Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments
∎ Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
∎ Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
∎ Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
∎ Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs
∎ Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
∎ Build relationship with existing students and new students
∎ Achieve monthly student enrolment targets for the allocated market/s
∎ Communicating with the universities and Corporates and other Student recruitment channels
∎ High level verbal communication skills, including effective public speaking, including the ability to develop and frequently deliver presentations to a range of audiences.
∎ Assist the Head of Strategy to design and implement Marketing plans and strategies
∎ Devise new sales strategies and other original approaches that make the sales process more efficient for the clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Business Development or Operation Management
∎ PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE
∎ Education and operation management experience desirable
∎ Experience Financial planning and business analytics
∎ Excellent understanding of analytical methodologies and tools
∎ Good collaboration skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
∎ Passionate about business excellence in a cost-effective environment.
∎ Pro-active and problem-solving attitude with customer focus
∎ ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 year's hands on working experience in business development is required where at least 1 year's managerial experience in Business Development or Operation Management is required. Candidate must bear Good communication & inter-personal skills, leadership & team building qualities, analytical ability, proactive and hard working.
∎ Stress taking ability, bear right mentality to finish projects within deadline. Able to show professionalism in most negative environment. A can-do attitude is required to perform at highest level in this position.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure, smooth negotiation ability with internal and external customer. Multi-function skill is pre-requisite criteria for this position.
∎ Computer literacy is a must along with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.) applications expertise.
∎ Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral) in English is a must.
