∎ Responsible for the following key activities:
∎ Your Role:
∎ As a "Business Operation Controller", you directly receive meaningful responsibilities as of day one. You are in charge of overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of the company contributing operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans, implement company policy and programmes, resolve problems. Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policy and procedures. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with local & global legal regulations.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Help develop and support short and long-term operational strategies of the company
∎ Guide business operational decisions by applying company policies and procedures to current economic landscape
∎ Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing Stewardship &
∎ Governance procedures and best practices as per global standard controls.
∎ Establish commercial and business operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and implement effective reporting standards.
∎ Deliver ROI by maximizing return and limits risk on cash by minimizing bank
∎ balances and making investments. Conversant with both local & US GAAP and Sarbans Oxley act regulations.
∎ Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
∎ Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing all statutory commercial and financial reports, and advising management on needed actions.
∎ Conduct Contract manufacturing negotiation, viability analysis, conducting drumbeat KPI operation. Ensures all contractual obligations are met on equipment, volume, delivery, quality, etc also by establishing preventive maintenance requirements and service contracts, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
