∎ 5-year experience in the above field may be advantage
∎ Working Experience in seed business
∎ Capable to lead a team
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email,
∎ Able to meet deadlines
∎ Reasonable oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To monitor and analyze seeds market
∎ Plan, implement and evaluate promotional activities for traders and farmers
∎ Monitor all officers on sales promotion
∎ Prepare management report
∎ Evaluate new market opportunity
∎ Monitor products performance closely
∎ Maintain close communication and connection with relevant government office
