Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform descriptive-predictive-prescriptive analytics and communicate-visually and verbally-complex data analyses and insights into clear messages for a broad range of audiences, from senior management to cross functional work groups
∎ Empower stakeholders and organizations with business insights & hidden meaning of information to make data-driven business decisions, receive and understand requirements from the different stakeholders and finalize the analysis or reports for submission
∎ Monitor & evaluate business performance applying smart methodology of data exploration, monitor key metrics and alert the business on potential issues and raise business alarms
∎ Coding, data engineering, and development of super dashboards using MicroStrategy & Tableau
∎ Incorporate changes in the MicroStrategy dashboard within a defined timeline and conduct R&D on the dashboard and manage and visualize the right information with the right context
∎ Prepare various reports and monitor market-wise (Pre and Post-Paid) activities and behavior, quality of sales, regional sales trend, churn customer activity & behavior
∎ Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for business growth, monitor key metrics to alert the business on potential issues, raise business alarms, analyze operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision-making
Additional Requirements:
∎ Academic Qualification- Bachelors/master's in computer science or relevant field from any UGC approved University
∎ 2-3 years of experience in data analytics and visualization technologies
∎ Required Capabilities- Basic knowledge in programing language, AI & Data science
∎ Good knowledge in RDBMS technologies and SQL
∎ Data visualization capabilities
∎ knowledge in R, Python, PL/SQL, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as added advantage
∎ Creative and curious mindset
∎ Good communication and presentation skills
∎ Team-working & Problem-solving skills
∎ Accuracy and attention to detail
