Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to define and create Data Models to pull insights, predictions, and innovations from data to help strategic business decisions
∎ To identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
∎ Assigning quality index to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
∎ Training end-users on new reports and dashboards on Reporting Tools
∎ Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
∎ Coding, data engineering, and development of super dashboard using MicroStrategy & Tableau
∎ Incorporate changes in the MicroStrategy dashboard within a defined timeline and conduct R&D on the dashboard and manage and visualize the right information with the right context
∎ Prepare various reports and monitor market-wise (Pre and Post-Paid) activities and behavior, quality of sales, regional sales trend, churn customer activity & behavior
∎ To develop automated processes, job functions, or techniques for quick analysis and decision making
∎ Empower stakeholders and organizations with business insights & hidden meaning of information to make data-driven business decisions
∎ Collaborate with commercial and relevant teams to provide strategic and operational insights and case studies and communicate-visually and verbally-complex data analyses and insights into clear messages for senior management members and cross-functional workgroups
∎ Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for business growth, monitor key metrics to alert the business on potential issues, raise business alarms, analyze operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision-making
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of experience in data analytics and visualization technologies
∎ Basic knowledge in programing language, AI & Data science
∎ Good knowledge in RDBMS technologies and SQL
∎ Data visualization capabilities
∎ Creative and curious mindset
∎ Team-working & Problem-solving skills
∎ Accuracy and attention to detail
∎ Technical proficiency in design, development, data models, data mining, and segmentation.
