∎ Identify target markets, establish goals, and create sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
∎ Lead efforts to acquire new clients through prospecting, lead generation, and strategic networking.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across industries.
∎ Conduct client presentations, demos, and negotiations, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company’s tech solutions.
∎ Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
∎ Identify up selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
∎ Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth on-boarding and support for new clients.
∎ Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, track progress against targets, and provide regular performance updates.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the senior management team.
∎ Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
∎ Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and optimize the customer journey.
∎ Mentor junior sales team members and share best practices for business growth and client engagement.
∎ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
