Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communication with the Overseas Suppliers of machinery.
∎ To prepare a technical and commercial quotation/ offers of machinery correctly and completely and according to actual requirements of Customers.
∎ To negotiate the scope of supply technical parameters of products and price with overseas suppliers.
∎ To assist Sales Personnel to generate orders from customers.
∎ To gather Product Knowledge on machinery and assist sales personnel to improve their product knowledge.
∎ Coordination with sales and Technical Service Team.
∎ To maintain and update all documents of the Division in time.
∎ To perform administrative role in the Division.
∎ Other work/ task/ assignment given by the Management.
