Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Masters in Accounting/Administration/Management/Finance/Marketing from any reputed university (Preferable BBA, MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
∎ Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely.
∎ Manage customer relationships and perform RFP Review, Customer Visits.
∎ Investigate new technologies.
∎ Hire, train and guide the marketing and business development associates.
∎ Ensures the market research is up to the standard and supporting the overall marketing & organizational strategy
∎ Conduct surveys to know competitor activities and services in comparison with their activity to develop and penetrates the market.
∎ Evaluates and analyze the market researches and based on the market research propose the proper measures to be taken to gain new customers and expand the markets.
∎ Proposes the required timely promotional materials needed. Participates in the idea generation, design, and distribution of promotional materials give away articles with the aim of promoting the company's business.
∎ Plans and executes activities, like Bazaars, exhibitions to meet the marketing and sales targets.
∎
∎ To handle inbound and outbound calls and support international clients.
∎ To maintain proper documentation and report accordingly and Performs other related duties deemed necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who have experience working in an international Call Center will get priority.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Candidates from English medium will get high priority.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge of basic computer programs.
∎ Ability to work in under pressure.
