Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Shipping, Trading or Export/Import
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting potential clients address is must & Physical Sales Activity
∎ Marketing over phone call, sms, email and social digital platform.
∎ Live Campaign on social digital platform (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, Google, etc).
∎ Call to respected clients to arrange meet up and presentation.
∎ Sales generating over phone or email.
∎ You need to always keep a smiling, warm, friendly and positive attitude.
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
∎ Answer the questions about our service/product or the company.
∎ Support of service processes via phone calls/email/sms/social media to the customers.
∎ Follow up with further steps of the service process.
∎ Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales/service
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's services.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research.
∎ Answer calls and respond to customer's emails.
∎ Provide product and service information to customers.
∎ Follow up customer records where necessary.
∎ Management and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Candidates having smart and good language skills will get priority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work well under pressure.

∎ Good verbal and written communication skills.
