Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to understand and analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Terms of Reference (TOR)
∎ Capability to moderate online meetings actively, not just as a listener, and to speak out proactively
∎ Skills in facilitating in-person sessions
∎ Strong understanding of organizational behavior·
∎ Experience in assisting with proposal development alongside senior management
∎ Strong skill in aligning CVs and writing short profiles of consultants according to TOR requirements
∎ Responsibility for leading proposal development by coordinating team resources.·
∎ Proactive attitude and capability to work as a business developer for an international consulting firm·
∎ Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders – promptly and effectively·
∎ Aptitude to manage and update web-site and social media platforms of the organization
∎
