• Excellent drafting skills in English and Bengali

• Knowledge of relevant laws, government processes, and regulatory frameworks

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firm

Responsibilities:

• Promote company services through digital and direct marketing strategies

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

• Draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, and official letters in both English & Bengali

• Provide legal advice on contracts, compliance, company policy, and risk issues

• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends

• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentation materials for clients or partners

• Coordinate with internal departments to align legal, marketing, and business objectives

• Represent the company in external meetings, negotiations, and legal matters

• Monitor and interpret changes in laws, rules, and government regulations relevant to the business

• Handle government-related work, including license renewals, registrations, permissions, and liaising with regulatory bodies and public offices

• Maintain documentation and legal files for internal and external audits

• Support management in business expansion, compliance, and operational strategy
