• Masters in any discipline or, BBA/ MBA (Marketing) from reputed public or private university.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Real Estate, Developer

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Fresh graduate may apply for commission based selling.

• Experience is not mandatory but candidate those who have some experience will get permanent.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing, Brand Promotion, Customer Support/Client Service, Market Survey, Corporate Marketing, Tele Marketing/mail marketing/Direct marketing/digital Marketing.

• Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.

• Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.

• Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hardworking ability.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and sufficient knowledge in computer etc.

• Good command in English both oral and written.

• Must be target oriented, able to work as a active team member.

• Coordinating with other team members.

• Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.

• Build a strong relationship with the customer.

• Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.

• The incumbent must have experience & capability to sell apartments. / Resort & Hotel shares located at Inani beach.

• Carry out competitive sales Analyses, market survey, and analysis business activities.

• Visit different organization/work sites for developing business relation and creating new customers.

• Create sales and marketing reports to Manger and executive management.

• Maintaining strong relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.

• Salary negotiable but target basis.

• As per company rules or negotiation based on the sales performance.
