Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline or, BBA/ MBA (Marketing) from reputed public or private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target oriented, able to work as a team leader.
∎ Monitoring and guide team members.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact.
∎ The incumbent must have experience & capability to sell apartments. / Resort & Hotel shares in Inani beach.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analysis business activities.
∎ Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
∎ Create sales and marketing reports to Manger and top management.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with existing client and adopting policy to hunt new one.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing, Brand Planning/Development, Customer Support/Client Service, Market Research, Corporate Marketing, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Real Estate.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.
∎ Applicant should have pleasant personality, honesty, smartness & hardworking ability.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill and sufficient knowledge in computer etc.
∎ Good command in English both oral and written.

Salary: Negotiable
