Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and evaluate the business health and performance of our B-to-C E-commerce websites regularly to identify room for improvement
∎ Plan and develop strategies and execute initiatives for revenue growth using marketing channels
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
∎ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting customers objectives
∎ Arrange business meetings with eBay, Amazon, digital marketing, student consultancy and wholesale team
∎ Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
∎ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
∎ Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
∎ Work closely with eBay, Amazon, digital marketing, student consultancy and wholesale team
∎ Submit weekly business reports and quarterly business forecasts to our Management team.
∎ Stay abreast of the marketing trends and requirements for EC businesses to continuously find ways to increase and grow our EC business.
∎ Make product files to create new listings. Make sure all the ready files are stored in Dropbox or Google Drive. Manage the task sheet and out-of-stock sheet on a regular basis.
∎ Make sure the weight Excel sheet has been managed properly and the Hermes batch has been reset and deleted on a regular basis.
∎ Product research for customer needs. Market products and price research. Keyword Research for product listings
∎ Investigate the most frequently complained-about item. Find low-selling items and take the necessary steps to make them profitable.
∎ Make sure we are claiming for Hermes lost product on a regular basis.
∎ 30 day Sale amount and quantity check and report to the authority
∎ Distributing and Monitoring team members.
∎ Staying connected with the UK team for regular instructions and implementation planning discussions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
