Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to increase company revenue.
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication.
Plan and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor trends.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand visibility.
Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field.
Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (any product/service).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to meet targets and perform under pressure.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.
