∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and maintain relationships with existing & Potentials wholesalers/Commission Dealer.
∎ Sale and promote all products of the company.
∎ Daily Visit market and keep a training session for Distributor's Salesman or Deliveryman.
∎ Achieve company's goal through wholesale/Commission Sales.
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products with catalogs, samples and price list.
∎ Generating sales strategy on basis of SWOT.
∎ Achieve Sales Target and KPIs monthly/Quarterly/Yearly.
∎ Confirm 100% collection before product delivery.
∎ Collect updated competitors activities and share with line manager.
∎ Meet deadline for every assigned task.
∎ Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
∎ Daily/Weekly/Monthly report submits as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ 2-5 years working experience in FMCG Retail/Wholesale/Commission Sales.
∎ Wholesale/Commission Sales experience will get preference.
∎ Ability to drive business and bring growth without sales representatives.
∎ Ability to drive sales individually.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer, MS Office program especially in MS applications.
∎ Must be good in speaking and writing in English
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Will be entitled as per the company policy.
