A reputed company in Bangladesh is looking for a promising Business Development Officer whose Job Responsibility will be:

1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and market trends in the flower, soybean oil, and other grocery products.
2. Analyze competitors and market conditions to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
3. Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers to source high-quality products.
4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.
5. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing suppliers and continuously seek new sourcing opportunities.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute rebranding strategies for sourced products.
7. Ensure that rebranded products align with the company`s brand image and quality standards.
8. Monitor the production process to guarantee that products meet company specifications and industry regulations.
9. Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively distribute rebranded products to target markets.
10. Work with the sales team to identify potential customers and distribution channels.
11. Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.
12. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company`s products and services.
13. Develop and manage budgets for business development activities.
