• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture

• An agricultural graduate from a renowned institution (preferred)

• 7 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age At most 50 years

• Working in the field in multiple areas of the country in agribusiness- handling dealers of seeds and CP products

• Leadership role for at least 7-8 years in leading MNC or Local Company

• Handle relevant foreign delegates and government officials

• Capable to lead a team

• Responsible for all functions of seed and CP marketing plans

• Business Development

• Market Research

• Brand Promotion

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email

• Able to meet deadlines

• Reasonable oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali

Job Description / Responsibility

• To survey and analyze the seeds and CP market and gain Basic Market Information
• Monitor business performance and adjust strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and overall business contribution targets.
• Prepare management report
• Evaluate new market opportunity
• Monitor products performance and report regularly
• Manage field level issues if and when they arise

• Salary Range: Competency and experience based
