∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Strong strategic negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing high-value, mutually beneficial deals.
∎ Proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
∎ Skilled in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and market trends.
∎ Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Group Insurance/Corporate/B2B Sales.

∎ Drive corporate client acquisition by proactively identifying and approaching potential organizations to promote Group Life and Health insurance solutions tailored to their specific business needs.
∎ Consistently achieve sales targets through lead conversion, consultative client engagement, and successful deal execution.
∎ Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction, seamless policy renewals, and long-term partnership growth.
∎ Leverage market insights and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies and enhance competitive advantage in group sales.
∎ Collaborate closely with underwriting, operations, and client service teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and consistently high service standards throughout the client journey.
