∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Fresh graduates or master’s degree holders with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
∎ Prior hands-on experience in Group Insurance, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales is highly preferred.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Acquire potential clients for Individual, Group Life, and Health Insurance solutions.
∎ Achieve sales targets through proactive lead follow-up and effective client engagement.
∎ Attend corporate sales events to generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
∎ Build and maintain client relationships to support renewals and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Assist in market research and competitor analysis to enhance sales strategies.
