Responsibilities & Context:
· Develop strategies to increase product sales
· Monitor sales performance and take helpful actions when necessary.
· Plan and oversee initiatives to support the sales force in marketing products to end consumers.
· Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for business growth
· Organize seminars, recognition programs, and promotional events.
· Support company campaigns and sales incentive programs.
· Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities.
· Ensure all customer inquiries, complaints, and requests are handled promptly.
· Ensure customer complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
· Develop service procedures, policies and standards
· Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
· Handle complaint cases and respond to queries from different leaders and distributors
· Delivering performance evaluations and following the disciplinary process according to company policy.
· Ensure effective customer service by providing accurate product and service information and resolving customer issues promptly.
· Handle complaint cases and respond to queries from different leaders and distributors
· Other tasks are to be performed as per management instructions
