Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have Bachelors in any discipline (preferably business graduate) from any UGC approved local University or reputed foreign university. The candidate must have a Masteds degree if he/she does not have graduation in business discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of ROs/ ARMs/ RMs in the assigned segment/market in order to meet set business target.
∎ Supervising/Coaching/Guiding/Supporting team members in their day to day activity.
∎ Achieving the MSME Business Target (loans, deposits and other MSME Banking products/services) through Developing New/Existing Relationship with the Potential Customers and enhancing the skill set of team members
∎ Coordination with CRM/ CAD/ others Department as per business requirement.
∎ Maintaining relationship with the client to increase & maintain the Good Heath of the Asset and to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Collect relevant information from the customers and the market to make an independent assessment & structuring of Loan/Facilities.
∎ Follow up to obtain necessary approval to close the deals Visit/meet customers when required and/or per visit matrix to achieve clear understanding of the client requirements.
∎ Report incidence where the Bank's laid down procedure is not complied with and to obtain proper approval for any breaches.
∎ Develop market knowledge to facilitate the Bank's Portfolio growth.

∎ Job Requirements
∎ Minimum 03 years of Banking Experience in Corporate/MSME Relationship Management/ Retail lending/Business Development/ Credit Risk Management In any Bank/Fl.
∎ Proficiency both in writing and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Must be positive, proactive and hardworking in nature.
∎ Dynamic, proactive, self-motivated and value driven.
