∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): construction industry, Design firm, steel fabrication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
∎ Collecting information of our potential projects by executing the action plan
∎ Make a project list or forecast in order to discuss the strategy internally by using our original marketing system
∎ Coordinate with project manager, design, estimation, and other related parties to satisfy requirements and achieve sales goals
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
∎ Manage negotiation and construction contract and necessity documentation
∎ Analyze tender result for next competition by obtaining information from client
∎ Manage ground breaking ceremony, completion ceremony, and other party, session if necessary
∎ Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
∎ Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
∎ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 48 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 80000 - 112000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Yearly 2 Festival Bonus (Equal to One Month Salary to Each Bonus)
∎ One Gratuity at the end of Contract (Equal to One Month Salary)
∎ Eligibility After 01 year completion of Service
∎ Pro-rata/fraction will be given before completion of one year)
