• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in live streaming, entertainment, influencer marketing, or talent acquisition

• Strong network in the creator/influencer community of Bangladesh

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines

• Experience managing performance-based KPIs

• Passionate about digital entertainment, content, and creator economy

  • Candidates must bring their own contacts and resources to support growth

We empower streamers to showcase their talents, build communities, and earn through real-time interactions. As we expand in Bangladesh, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our host base, build partnerships, and strengthen our local presence.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead efforts to recruit, manage, and retain talented streamers (hosts), form strategic partnerships, and work closely with internal teams to drive growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding Migo Live’s footprint in Bangladesh, ensuring quality content and high engagement from local audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit hosts and agencies with strong streaming potential or existing online presence

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with content creators, influencers, and social media personalities

  • Manage and monitor host performance to ensure targets and engagement metrics are met

  • Design and implement growth campaigns to boost platform visibility and user retention

  • Coordinate with regional and global teams to align business goals

  • Stay updated on trends in the live streaming industry, and adapt strategies accordingly
