Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with employers in Japan. Identify potential clients, partners, and collaborators within various industries.
∎ Proactively identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, industry events, and digital platforms, primarily focusing on Japanese companies.
∎ Build and maintain a robust pipeline of employment opportunities, explicitly targeting the Japanese market.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of their business needs.
∎ Utilize personal and professional connections to learn about job openings and connect with potential employers.
∎ Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes within the Japanese employment market.
∎ The Business Development Manager will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the Japanese market.
