- At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development. Experience within banking/finance or IT solutions will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of cloud and IT security solutions products will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager for Microsoft Azure and Security will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships within the banking and finance sector. The ideal candidate will drive sales, deliver tailored cloud and security solutions, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong business development mindset, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Security solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, create strategies, and achieve/exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and provide technical/business guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and different OEM to design and drive solution centric business.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention through proactive engagement and support.
- Monitor account performance, track sales metrics, prepare business reports, and forecast revenue.
