Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview: The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of Microsoft Cloud services and other non-Microsoft solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals through innovative technology solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the solutions provided. 

  • Customer Engagement: Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure they are getting the most value from the services. 

  • Solution Implementation: Assist customers in implementing Microsoft Cloud services and other non-Microsoft solutions. 

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to customers to help them effectively use the solutions and address any issues they may encounter. 

  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with internal teams to enhance the solutions and services provided. 

  • Renewals and Upselling: Work with the sales team to manage renewals and identify opportunities for upselling additional services and solutions to existing customers. 

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor customer usage and performance metrics to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes and address any issues proactively. 

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
