Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hateemtai.com (Global ecommerce platform of ConstantMD Inc. USA) is looking for Business Development Manager and Business Development Executive with experience in ecommerce.
∎ To plan and execute the sales & marketing activities based on company's business objectives
∎ To visit designated market segments regularly, meet prospective clients and generate new business
∎ To ensure regular follow-ups to the existing clients and update client database with full information
∎ To achieve periodical sales target
∎ To collect, compile & share market intelligence information and report to the Management
∎ To analyze periodical sales, market share of competitors' brands and find out the ways & means how to improve market share and retain business sustainability
∎ To prepare annual budget for assigned area, formulate policy for implementation and ensure appropriate monitoring on action plan with a view to achieving the sales target
∎ To ensure appropriate monitoring on merchandising and promotional activities
∎ To set guideline for optimum sales and introduce new techniques & ideas to the sales force for promoting their products & improving their skills
∎ To perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Must have working knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
