Responsibilities & Context:

·         Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads

·         Develop and execute ERP sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets

·         Prepare and deliver product demos, presentations, proposals, and pricing

·         Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients

·         Build strong relationships with decision-makers (C-Level, IT Heads, Finance, HR, Operations)

·         Understand client business processes and map ERP solutions accordingly

·         Maintain continuous communication and follow-ups with prospects and existing clients

·         Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention

·         Work closely with technical/functional teams to design suitable ERP solutions

·         Gather client requirements and prepare functional documents / SOW

·         Coordinate with implementation, support, and project teams after sales closure

·         Prepare RFQ/RFP response and others

·         Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and reporting to management

 

Additional Expertise:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in ERP software or technology solutions.

  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification techniques

  • Proven track record in leading full sales cycle

  • Ability to collaborate closely with functional and technical teams for smooth client handovers

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.

·         Must have 4 to 6 years of ERP experience, and Odoo ERP experience is preferable.
