• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in business development, preferably in event management, advertising, or media industry.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with corporates and agencies.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (Bangla & English).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools, event software, and CRM systems.
• A self-starter with passion for events, creativity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in event management, advertising, and brand activations.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, NGOs, government agencies, and international partners.

• Create customized proposals, pitch decks, and business strategies for clients.

• Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to ensure alignment with client needs.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend spotting to identify growth areas.

• Represent the company in networking events, expos, and client meetings.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
