Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field from any reputable university.
∎ Experienced person is highly preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement monthly and weekly marketing and sales plans.
∎ Develop a growth strategy in sales and marketing focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ To ensure market visit and survey, market analysis, information preparation for a new market, searching market for expansion to expedite sales, and provide feedback for preparing the new product line/s to the production team.
∎ Conduct research to identify new customers' (Dealer, Depto, Retailer) needs.
∎ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting customers' objectives.
∎ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
∎ Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns.
∎ Gather market intelligence by developing an effective network, data, sources, and reports.
∎ To establish business relations among stakeholders, different related organizations as per company policy.
∎ Prepare marketing plan, yearly sales budget, and profit & loss statement for assigned products.
∎ Prepare standard business performance reports for both internal and external purposes.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
∎ Develop entry-level staff into valuable marketers.
∎ Other tasks as needed.

∎ Proven work experience as a business development or sales manager/executive is required.
∎ Skills Required: Customer Needs and Challenge, Networking and Communications Skills, Persuasion, Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills., Prospecting, Research Design/ Analysis; Presentation
∎ Proficiency in English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and reporting skills.
∎ Proactive, requiring minimal supervision, and is highly motivated to exceed expectations.
∎ Time management and planning skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food & Beverage, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Advertising & Promotion.
