Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your responsibility will include but not limited to the followings-
∎ Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence in the Retail & SME Banking Assets market.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
∎ Identify and target potential business opportunities and partnerships within the retail banking sector.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential partners and stakeholders.
∎ Negotiate and finalize agreements and contracts with banks and financial institutions.
∎ Monitor and report on business development activities and outcomes.
∎ Stay updated on changes in the financial industry and regulatory environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Good understanding of retail & SME banking asset products such as Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Car Loans, Home Loans and SME Loans.
∎ Strong presentation skills.
∎ Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Self-motivated and results-oriented.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Prior experience in retail banking will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
