Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, International Marketing, Relationship Management, Sales promotion, Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Group of Companies, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build business by identifying and selling prospects & maintaining relationships with clients
∎ Plans arrange, and execute events
∎ Build and maintain professional networks with the clients and stakeholders
∎ Meet with potential clients and pitch services
∎ Attend training and workshop to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
∎ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
∎ Ability to organize various events and maintain liaison with the vendors
∎ Meet milestones, goals and targets at each step of the project
∎ Other duties as provided by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target
∎ Work in a fast-paced environment
∎ Be Hard Working, Target Oriented & Self Motivated
∎ Excellent Interpersonal communication skills & team management Skills
∎ Good command in Speaking of both Bangla and English Language
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Provident fund, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 3
∎ Festival Bonus during Eid Ul Fitr, Eid Ul Azha and Pohela Boishak
∎ Yearly Paid Annual Leaves Up To 21 days and Sick Leaves 10 Days
