- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Bangla.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to travel locally/internationally for business meetings and events when required.

- Partnership & Channel Development – Experience in managing affiliates, resellers, and vendor partnerships.

- Brand & Marketing Awareness – Knowledge of brand positioning, social media brand image maintenance, and working with designers to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- IT & Cloud Services Knowledge – Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud hosting, BDIX, data center solutions, and cybersecurity products.
- Strategic Thinking & Execution – Ability to design and implement effective strategies for market expansion and customer retention.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Using data and customer feedback to identify service gaps and recommend improvements.
- Target Orientation – Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales, revenue, and growth goals.
- SWOT Analysis (Plus) – Ability to conduct SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis for both XeonBD and its clients to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities & Context: - Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Collaborate with the technical, sales, and marketing teams to align client needs with XeonBD’s services.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Conduct regular surveys among existing customers to assess satisfaction levels, identify service gaps, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
- Design and implement effective business development strategies to strengthen XeonBD’s market presence and ensure sustainable growth.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, affiliates, resellers, and technology partners to expand XeonBD’s footprint.
- Actively contribute to branding and promotional campaigns for XeonBD’s products and services.
- Oversee social media brand image management and coordinate with designers to ensure brand propositions and brand guidelines are consistently maintained across public platforms.
- Leverage XeonBD’s vendor partnerships (Acronis, Microsoft, Google, cPanel, SecureWall, CloudLinux, etc.) in business pitches and client engagements.
