Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
∎ Explore market and onboard clients as per business requirement.
∎ Maintain continuous connection with the client for sustainable business relationship.
∎ Achieve business target within the given time.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
∎ Ensure business growth as per expectation and beyond.
∎ Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
∎ Initiate ideas and develop strategy in the area for business development.
∎ Support clients to have a great service experience by the company.
∎ Maintain continuous connection with the internal team (Within and cross function) to resolve any issue. Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
Additional Requirements:

∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on skills & Experience
