Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Telecommunication, Call Center
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.
∎ Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
∎ Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
∎ Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.
∎ Coordinate with internal operation divisions in achieving customer satisfaction.
∎ Promote customer care and help customers to resolve their day-to-day queries.
∎ Provide solution to the customers as per company policy.
∎ File and maintain records of every dealing issue.
∎ Communication through mail/phone
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on skills & Experience
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
