Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for energetic and passionate Sales Executives to acquire new shareholder-investors who will invest in our farmhouse ownership model and safe food farming projects. This is a career-track role with training, mentorship, and incentives for performance-driven individuals who want to grow in the field of investment sales, relationship management, and agro-business development

  • Conduct cold calls, client visits, and corporate engagements to generate interest.
  • Conduct presentations and investment briefings for potential investors.
  • Maintain daily activity logs, lead status reports and other necessary input.
  • Maintain a structured follow-up process and engage leads consistently.
  • Support clients through the sales process and assist in finalizing deals.
  • Participate in corporate campaigns, exhibitions, fairs, and community
  • engagement events to promote the shareholder model and its benefits.
  • Collaborate with other teams for investor conversion and documentation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and support onboarding formalities.
