∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Age: Not over 30 years as on February 29, 2024 and maximum 32 years for the children of Heroic Freedom Fighters.
∎ 1–2 years experience of working in rural area on Agent Banking.
∎ Retail & SME Banking experience is preferable.

∎ Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as a part of team.
∎ Promote specific products as directed by upper management.
∎ Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer value.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Compensation Package: Monthly consolidated salary of Tk.16,000/- for the 1st Year, Tk.18,000/- for the 2nd Year.
