Position Objective

We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated professionals with a robust understanding of the hospitality sector. The Business Development Executive will be instrumental in expanding MyTravaly’s regional footprint by cultivating strategic hotel partnerships and driving the adoption of our digital hospitality ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will serve as a primary liaison between the organization and its hospitality partners. Core accountabilities include:

·         Partnership Management: Developing and sustaining high-level professional relationships with hotels and resorts.

·         Product Advocacy: Promoting MyTravaly’s technological suite, including PMS, Booking Engines, Channel Managers, and CRM tools.

·         Strategic Growth: Identifying emerging market opportunities to meet and exceed organizational sales objectives.

·         Onboarding & Support: Facilitating effective communication with hotel management teams to ensure seamless integration and ongoing support.

·         Collaborative Strategy: Partnering with the central management team to execute localized business development initiatives.

Professional Qualifications & Competencies

·         Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of hotel operations and hospitality management principles.

·         Technical Literacy: Familiarity with hospitality tech stacks (PMS, Booking Engines, CRM) and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

·         Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

·         Client Relations: Proven ability to build rapport and manage long-term customer relationships.

Educational & Operational Requirements

·         Academics: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related discipline.

·         Logistics: Possession of a personal laptop is mandatory.

·         Residency: Candidates must be local residents of their respective application divisions (e.g., Sylhet, Dhaka, etc.).

·         Mobility: Daily field visits to hotel properties are a fundamental requirement of this role.
