Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Actively identify and research potential clients (hospitals, clinics, multi-specialty centers) through various channels (online research, industry events, referrals, cold calling, networking).
∎ Qualify leads to determine their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
∎ Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close, including prospecting, needs assessment, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing.
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within healthcare organizations (e.g., Hospital Directors, IT Heads, Medical Superintendents, Finance Managers).
∎ Understand client challenges and pain points to effectively position our HMS as the optimal solution.
∎ Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our HMS product features, functionalities, benefits, and competitive advantages.
∎ Conduct compelling and tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing how our HMS addresses their specific needs.
∎ Clearly articulate the ROI and value proposition of our HMS.
∎ Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
∎ Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and healthcare regulations.
∎ Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on market insights and client feedback.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
∎ Work closely with pre-sales, technical support, implementation, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
∎ Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
