∎ Training/ Trade Course: Negotiation, Sales, B2B (Business to Business)
∎ Experience: 3 to 4 yearsThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, Event Management Company, Consulting Firms, E-commerce.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Sincere, Honest & Accountable to the job is first priority.
∎ 3-4 years of experience in selling ERP / IT / software services.
∎ Strong understanding of ERP systems, IT services, and their benefits for businesses.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Sales Expertise: Proven success in software sales and achieving sales targets.
∎ Self-motivation: Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
∎ Ability to consistently generate new sales.

∎ Key Responsibilities·
∎ Client Visits: Conduct visits to present our software solutions.·
∎ Proposal Development: Prepare business proposals tailored to client needs and manage client relationships.·
∎ Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.·
∎ Meeting Scheduling: Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to demonstrate our software’s features.
∎ Execute marketing strategies to promote ERP Software, Apps, Website, Ecommerce, and IT services.
∎ Identify and engage potential clients through emails, cold calls, networking, and site visits.
∎ Collaborate with the team to convert leads into customers.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
∎ Convey effectively the value proposition of our services.
∎ Gather client requirements and give software demos according to their needs.
∎ To visit existing & prospective customers regularly for personal relationship development & collect orders for the fulfillment of sales target.
