Responsibilities & Context:

uFirst Limited. Dhaka the office is looking for 1/2 of Business executives to perform marketing & sales services through physical visits, telephone, mail, online meeting, or any other mode of communication. Market Visit, client hunt, creating the market opportunity to achieve the sales target. Providing sales leads and liaising with other members of the team where appropriate. the candidate will be involved in developing digital marketing strategies, implementing digital marketing & sales plans, and creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns and developing marketing areas, writing content besides SEO. Candidate must have Sounds knowledge of IT/ITES/ICT/ Software products sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel programs for data analysis and making product prototypes, USP, UVP, Business Canvas, etc.

  • Good knowledge of web & mobile applications and customized software product presentation & Communication in French and English both to pursue successful business deals.

  • Good knowledge of digital marketing like SEO, SEM, SMM, and Inbound & outbound customer traffic-increasing techniques.

  • Basic video editing skills, knowledge of creating banners, images, promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website & social media.

  • Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels, and regularly maintain the channels (i.e., social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the company's target customers.

  • Identify market opportunities as well as target customers and generate innovative ideas for building brand equities.

  • Coordinate closely with relevant teams (i.e., sales, product, and technical) to plan and execute effective campaigns.

  • Analysis of the target market trends to understand competitors and forecast sales, promotion, and advertising and to follow the developments in the current & international market.

  • To take the necessary actions by evaluating the IT-enabled services, IT/Digital, and Software products & service opportunities in the local & EU markets.

  • Keep the management update on periodical sales progress and achieve the assigned target.

  • Sounds on Excellent communication (English), interpersonal and negotiation skills, soft skill leadership, positive and always can-do attitude.

  • Candidates having relevant work experience in IT/ITES/ICT/Software Companies are strongly encouraged to apply.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / BBA, Marketing, or any other discipline.
