Position Summary
We are seeking a professional, confident, and English-speaking female Business Development Executive to be based in Bangladesh. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to engage clients, and a strong desire to drive growth in a competitive market.
Location: Dhaka Office
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with clients in Bangladesh and across the region
- Work closely with the Singapore headquarters to align on strategy and targets
- Collaborate with the Singapore/China team to introduce and promote new products and solutions in the Bangladesh market
- Represent WRM Technology in meetings, trade events, and client engagements
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and potential gaps
- Build strong relationships with local clients, distributors, and partners
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project discussions
- Maintain records of sales activity, client feedback, and market insights
- Maintain CRM records and weekly activity reports
